    everybody wasn't doing their best

1-Everybody wasn't doing their best last week.

    Does this mean:
a-Not everybody was doing their best last week.
    or:
b-Nobody was doing their best last week.

    Gratefully,
    Navi.

Re: everybody wasn't doing their best

The meaning is unclear. It's an unnatural sentence.
