    Default present perfect progressive+when+present perfect

Would it sound OK to say the following sentence "I'm taking advantage of the opportunity to put my gratitude into words for the cooperation and support I've been receiving from you and you colleagues when I've been the floor manager."?

No, it wouldn't. Try this: "I'd like to take advantage of this opportunity to put into words my gratitude for the cooperation and support I've received from you and your colleagues while I've been the floor manager."

What if knew I would be working with the same people and I was just getting a promotion, could I use the present progressive to mean that I'll be hopefully working with them but holding a higher position and possibly will be getting cooperation and support in the future".....for the cooperation and support I've been receiving from you while I've been........"?

You could, but no native speaker would.

I appreciate your help! 1)Could I say "put my gratitude into words"? 2) When could I say "take advantage of this opportunity" and "take advantage of the opportunity"? 3) I totally agree with your expert judgement. Could you explain why the present perfect is more natural here than the present perfect progressive and if I can say "I'm taking advantage of the opportunity....."?
