    much more like a king

    He looked like the late King Humbert of Italy, but much more like a king.

    What does it imply here? Did he look 'much more like a king than a real king would [look]'?

    He looked more like a real king than Humbert of Italy did! (Apparently, Humbert of Italy did not look very regal!)
