I hear a lack of the "r" sound. ("fow' instead of "for')

Slight Taiwanese.

I don't hear the Taiwanese thing. They sound American to me.

In general, do you think their English is good? They soon native? Good accent for non-native speaker to learn?

I thought they sounded American, but there was a weird thing with some of their vowel sounds that I can't put my finger on.

I agree but I think if I'd listened to them without paying attention to pronunciation I wouldn't have noticed anything strange. And even if I would, I would probably have thought it was just some random thing, which happens to native speakers. The reason is I think that these oddities don't seem to be regular. But I'm not sure. The second guy's pronunciation seems to have less of this.

Patran, their English is definitely very good. If not native, then native-level.

To all intents and purposes, they're speaking at native speaker level- there are one or two strange vowel sounds from time to time- check out the way the second guy says possible when he starts speaking, but it is not intrusive and if they have learned English as a second language and got to this level, then kudos to them.
