    Search disabled

I keep seeing "search disabled" but I don't know how to enable it. Sorry to be so dumb with the new forum changes, but can you give me a clue? (I'm posting here because I expect that I'm not the only person who is seeing this.)
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Re: Search disabled

The search was disabled whilst the new forum software re-indexed all of the ~850,000 posts (overnight). Now it's complete I've enabled it again.
