    log in

    Hi Red5,

Did the website broke this noon? I tried to log in but it didn't work. So I was very anxious because I simply was not able to get access to the website. Could you please tell me just in case if I can't log in is there any access to the website?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you in advance.

    Jiang

    Re: log in

Hi there Jiang, there should be no problems logging in. In fact, you were logged in when writing the above post. Where were you trying to access, and what happened to worry you exactly?

PS - I'm moving this to the support forum...
I'm not a teacher, so please consider any advice I give in that context.

    Re: log in

    Dear Red5,

Before I posted this thread I had already logged in. But this noon when I wanted to log in and used the new code you (the website) gave me it did not work. It showed my code was invalid. I was in a panic and felt helpless because I was cut off from your website. And this is the first time I came across this problem. I am just worried if it happens again what should I do? How can I let you know that I am unable to use the website?
Or should I register with a new name?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you in advance.

You don't need to re-register. Simply email us via the forum contact form (Contact Us - UsingEnglish.com ESL Forum) or the site contact form (Contact UsingEnglish.com). If all else fails, use the email address: info AT usingenglish.com
