to give us a clearer copy

Are there any errors in this sentence?

Can you give us a clearer copy of your document faxed to our office yesterday as there are some lines that are missing in the second paragraph on page 1.

Re: to give us a clearer copy

It was fine as it was, but I have made a couple of small changes.
