Question on 'always' and 'sometimes' in negative sentences.

    Hi teachers,
    Do they mean the same?
Mr. Landon doesn't sometimes eat lunch.
Mr. Landon doesn't always eat lunch.

    Thanks in advance

There's no real difference between them, in my opinion.

Re: Question on 'always' and 'sometimes' in negative sentences.

    Hi 5jj,
Thank you for your reply and correction.
So 'Mr Landon sometimes doesn't eat lunch.' means that he often does. Right?
And 'Mr. Landon doesn't always eat lunch.' means that he often does. Right?

    Best,
