/ˈ/ is used before the syllable bearing the main stress in a word, /ˌ/ before the syllable bearing the secondary stress.

/u/, the sound we hear in 'Go to America' is shorter than the /u/ in 'food', but qualitatively different from the /ʊ/ in 'put'.

I underlined 'to', not 'go'.

I don't find the sound /u/ in 'to',but in the cambride dictionary i've find that that to is "/tu/ ,"in weaker form
Can you explain me that

I'll explain it when you follow the advice I have give before about spelling and capitalisation in the words I have underlined. There is no point in trying to help you if you ignore what we have told you several times, most recently only about ten minutes ago in another thread.
