    Default tax return / declaration

    Hello,

Could somebody explain the difference between a tax return and a tax declaration, please? I've looked up both words, but the difference is not clear to me. I doubt they're exact equivalents.

    Thank you.

Default Re: tax return / declaration

Here are two definitions taken from the Financial Times Lexicon website
Financial Times Lexicon - The definitive dictionary of economic, financial and business terms
    http://lexicon.ft.com/Term?term=tax-declaration

The difference should be clearer once you've gone through those.

    Hope it helps.
