i'm so excited be a part of this club. by the way, i have problem in using word "inline", is it true if I write "inline" in the sentence "this cooperation is in line with the country's specific needs.."?

Only 'in line' is correct. It means 'in accordance with'.

:up: And note that it's two words. There are specialist uses for the single word 'inline' (in, for example, ICT), which aren't appropriate in this context. Use a dictionary if you want to use 'inline'.
