    That's classic

The ghost abandoned his family when his daugher was only 3, and mel is resenting it. So does "classic" sometimes mean a sarcastic way?

    gw2-5
ghost -I think I felt that I wasn't good for either of them.
    mel- So you ditched them?
ghost -No,I freed them to lead happier lives without me. lives without me.
    mel-- What? That's classic.
    ghost -- You don't understand. no,you don't understand.

    Re: That's classic

I agree with Tdol. I think what Mel is saying is:

"Oh, you've just given me the standard classic explanation of "I freed them to lead happier lives without me" as opposed to "I ditched them". That 'classic' explanation is one that I don't necessarily believe and I've heard it too many times before."
