    What is conjecture?

    1) If there is no evidence to prove a statement, it is conjecture yes?

    2) If there is evidence, but it's withheld or not presented, is the statement still conjecture?

No. Most statements are made without evidence. if I say 'I live in Prague', nobody would consider that to be conjecture, though very few people would demand evidence.

    No.

Have you looked up 'conjecture' in a dictionary?
