    1. She knows I have pizza in the fridge.
    2. She sleeps I have pizza in the fridge.

    Please explain.

    This makes no sense at all. "She sleeps" does not fit. Where did you see/read this? If you only heard it, are you sure it wasn't "She suspects I have pizza in the fridge" or "She sees I have pizza in the fridge"?

    It might work with some punctuation:
    She sleeps; I have pizza in the fridge. (Meaning that you're going to eat the pizza while she's asleep.)
