    Welcome to Using English.
Please remember that capital letters are an important part of correct English.

The phrase is meaningless. Can you give some context in which you saw it being used?

I wonder if the intended meaning might be: Is there anyone you are attracted to?"
    But it's hard to tell.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
