Default question tags; must have ...

I have problems with question tags in these sentences:

She must have done it, must not/ has not/? she?

No, she can’t (could ?) have done it (is can’t have the opposite of must have?), can/could/has/? she?

Which of the question tags are right?

    My $.02:

"She must have done it, right?" or "She must have done it, or did she?"

"No, she couldn`t have done it, could she?"

    Hope I helped!
