Dear teachers,
I'm struggling with the use of "prior to". Let me show you an example:
(action)
I would like to hold the meeting before he comes to Luxembourg
I would like to hold the meeting prior to his coming to Luxembourg
(date)
I would like to hold the meeting before March 31st, 2012
I would like to hold the meeting prior to March 31st, 2012
Are all these sentences gramatically correct?
Thank you very much
Guillaume
