    Default for this technique

    Hi

For more of a natural use for this technique (of meditation) try and focus on your breath during your daily routine from time to time.

    ----
Is everything fine with the bolded part? Maybe it should be "of this technique" instead of "for this technique"?

I prefer "of this technique". I would also prefer "For a more natural use of ..." (rather than "For more of a natural use ...")
