Default A phsycially strong strawman but no ink inside

    Dear Teachers

Is there an English word that describe a person/guy who is only good at sports, but poor at schoolwork or academic results, or no substance inside. Like a strawman (but only loves sports and play a lot of sports, phsycially strong).

    Regards

    Anthony

    A dumb jock.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

That verges on redundant, doesn't it?
