    2,3 and 4 are possible in the right context.

    Remembering your earlier post, I think you might want to say something like "I'm happy to pay rent while I stay with you."
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
