    Which of these correct?

    Which of the following is correct? (or are they both correct?)

    My tasks included completing forms and event management.

    My tasks included completing forms and organising events.

    They're both fine but I would say "event management" is more formal as far as a job description or job title goes. I would be surprised to see those two responsibilities in one job description though. "Completing forms" sounds like a fairly standard administrative job whereas event management is much more complicated and usually done by someone who specialises in that field.
