Red face Need help from native speakers. About Titanic.

I'm working on some audio transcripts. These are the part I can't hear clearly. Click the link and you can listen to it.

    1.

“A very good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, Captain speaking. ******* Balmoral’s en route to the Titanic wreckage site.”

    http://soundcloud.com/michael147-1/1-1

It's about Titanic. I have already Googled it. But it came up nothing about the part I don't understand, so... hope it will be solved here.

    2.

That gluts the housing market with too many homes, and it can push down prices, though ****** some investors to buy up thousands of these properties in bulk and convert them into rental homes.

This is about the US housing market. Google also came up nothing.

    Really appreciate your help.

Your link doesn't work I'm afraid. However, it's likely that the missing part is "RMS", "SS" or, less likely, "HMS".

I have made it public. It should work now. Would you please try again? I can listen to it without logging in Soundcloud.
