    Amendment of sentence

Can 'quality' be used of people?

Is the above sentence correct? If not, how should it be amended?

    Thanks.

    Re: Amendment of sentence

It's possible, but what's the wider context- I can think of other possibilities

    Thanks, Tdol.

What I mean is can the word 'quality' be used with reference to people? This sentence would be fine, I believe. The sentence I posted earlier does not include the word 'word'. Hence, I wonder if it is correctly phrased.

    Re: Amendment of sentence

Can the word 'quality' be used of people?' is correct grammatically.

It is not clear, however, exactly what you mean. It would be clearer if you could be more precise as in, for example:

Can we speak of 'quality' people?
Can a person be said to have a 'quality'?
