    Which one is correct ?

    He don't smoke .
    He won't smoke.
    I don't smoke.
    I won't smoke.

    With no further context to go on, I'd say:

    He don't smoke . Incorrect
    He won't smoke. Possible
    I don't smoke. Correct
    I won't smoke. Possible

    Yes, 'He don't smoke' is a non-standard and dialect version.

    Note how I have removed spaces around your punctuation marks.

    I didn't smoke and I don't smoke.I would say I won't smoke in my life.
