Default Is it that wrong varying direct questions with direct instructions for a listening?

    Hi teachers,
Is it that wrong varying direct questions with direct instructions for a listening comprehension exercise?
Eg. Explain what he found and did at midday.
Eg. What did she put in front of Alex?

    Thanks in advance.
