Default IS IT A TEMPORAL CONJUNCTION ?

WHICH OF THE FOLLOWING TWO IS COREECT :

THE FASTER YOU WALK, THE EARLIER YOU REACH.

THE FASTER YOU WILL WALK, THE EARLIER YOU WILL REACH.

( FUTURE TENSE IS ALLOWED IN A GRADUAL COMPARISON OR NOT.)

    SOME OTHER EXAMPLES:

THE MORE YOU STUDY THE BETTER THE CHANCES.

THE MORE YOU WILL STUDY, THE BETTER WILL BE THE CHANCES.

This is not natural English. You cannot 'reach' - you reach something:
"The faster you walk, the earlier/sooner/quiicker you (will) reach your destination.
    "

THE FASTER YOU WILL WALK, THE EARLIER YOU WILL REACH.

THE MORE YOU STUDY THE BETTER THE CHANCES.
Unless you have already mentioned the chance, you need to specify it, for example:
"The more you study, the better the/your chance of succeess.
    "

THE MORE YOU WILL STUDY, THE BETTER WILL BE THE CHANCES.
Please don't write in block capitals; This is not the natural way of writing.

Many thanks for the quick and prompt reply. Suggestion noted regarding capital letters and small letters.
I shall be obliged if you further explain as to why
" The more you will study, the better wil be the chances."
    is a wrong sentence.
