please help me in letter writting

I am not good in English. I am going to write a letter to our Vice Chancellor of University . I want your help kind senior and respected teachers.
I want to take action against our one lecturer he has assigned a subject and he has no idea about it. he is just wasting our time and I took action and I wrote letter to our University dean but our dean is his relative please write a letter for me.
Subject : Dismiss teachers not experienced and Qualified

We don't write letters for people.

If you write a letter yourself, and post it in the letter writing forum, somebody may be able to correct it for you. I have to warn you, however, that proofreading/correction is a time-consuming business, and not many members have time for it. It could be that your letter will not be corrected. Still, you lose nothing by posting it.
