    Default publish on iPads

Please set me clear on the following in red.

Gosh, why are you so bitter over a technical issue such as this? It's not about freedom, it's about Apple trying to do the right thing for its users. Users, developers and publishers can do whatever they like - they don't have to buy or develop or publish on iPads if they don't want to.

In the above, does "developers" refer to those who develop apps for iPads, and does "publishers" refer to writers or publishing houses that publish e-books we can read only on iPads?

    Thank you.

    Default Re: publish on iPads

That's the way I read it. Software is also "published" so it could be talking about that, but I wouldn't assume that from what is quoted.
