    Default medical processor?

    What does "medical processor" mean?
Is that a kind of software? Or is that an occupation?
    Thank you in advance.

    Could be:

    Medical film (X-RAY) developing equipment.
Medical hardware for monitoring patient vital signs.
Administrative work to process medical information.

not a common phrase only 340 hits compared to 95,000 for......being stupid here....."medical professor" as the F & C keys are right next to each other! Typo?

hobbes, thank you for your reply.
"Medical processor" can be used for both medical equipment and an occupation.

"Administrative work to process medical information"

Does this include accounting at hospital and preparation for medical charts.
How do you call persons who are engaged in this? Medical processor?

My sister trained briefly as a Medical Secretary - this included typing & filing patients medical notes, surgery medical inventory & drug use. But not accounts (accountant does this), I suppose that is she worked in a hospital, she may have prepared medical charts based on doctors notes. I still wouldn't call it "medical processor" though, maybe "medical data processor" or "medical accounts processor". 'Medical processor' is just too vague for a job title in my opinion.
