Hello!

I would like to know if someone knows if I can use TOEIC test to get into a university in UK, or should I do the IELTS test.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you lads. ;-)

Don't use the word "lads" to refer to the members of this forum. For one thing, it's quite informal and for another not all people here are young males.

Welcome to the forum, Victoria. :hi:

Universities differ slightly in their requirements. The best thing for you to do is to check the requirements of the university/universities you would like to attend.

Thank you very much 5jj! I'll check this with each university I would like to attend.

Excuse me, but is this a forum or a military regime? And what is your authority to "correct" a friendly expression?

I understand a forum must have rules, but it doesn't give you the right the reply threads with imperativeness and not

even give an answer to the topic.

Yeah, you're right about the imperative. I should have said "please", I'm sorry for that. As for the rest, I hold my ground. Calling people "lads" here is, in my view, inappropriate. Especially for someone who is new here.

I think it's time for this thread to close. The original question has been answered.
