Hello, dear teachers.
I have one question.

Everytime I turn on the machine, there is an (annoying/annoyingly) buzzing noise for a few seconds.

After I googled, I found more researches using 'annoying' with that kind of sentence. So I think annoying is right answer.

But can I use annoyingly instead? I think noise is annoying and buzzing, but noise can be annoyingly buzzing. So I am curious.

Thanks in advance.

I would use annoying in your sentence, but I would say an annoying buzz without noise.
