How you will end up depends on you.→It depends on you how you will end up.
It works as long as you're happy that the second version has a totally different meaning from the first.

I cannot see the difference in meaning

Perhaps I am being a little slow this morning, but I can't see the difference.
Apologies. I misread the second version and didn't see the first "you". I thought the conversion just said "It depends on how you end up".
Now that I have re-read it, I agree they mean the same.
Allow me to pick up this old thread. About this:
It depends on you how you will end up.
If it were this instead, would it still sound OK?
It depends on you how to end up.
