I got question about this sentence "
That's how Clara Devoe suffered her job ending injury hour after hour on the computer
."

I think, I can get the meaning slightly, but not precisely.

Did she suffer her-job-ending injury?

or

Did she suffer (everyday) a injury at the end of the work?

Please tell me possible/precise meaning.

Thank you in advance.

We cannot tell the precise meaning. The sentence is not a correct English sentence. Where did you read it?

One of my friend asked me. I think it from an article. He told me other sentence following,

It would affect 27 million workers from those on old-fashioned assembly lines to modern day workers of Internet era who spend their days tapping away at computer keyboards. That's how Clara Devoe suffered her job ending injury hour after hour on the computer.

And then, how is that not correct? By the way, thanks always for correcting my (stupid) sentence :)

It's not correct because it makes no sense. I can only guess that it is meant to mean : That (tapping away at computer keyboards) is the way Clara suffered the injury that ended her job - spending hour after hour at the computer.

With two bits of punctuation, it would work.
... a job-ending injury -- spending hours...

(The double hyphen is a dash.)

I agree, but the word "spending" didn't appear in the original.
