Smile straight out of a bottle

Hello. I don't quite follow what the last sentence means in this context.
    Please help. Thank you.

    ---------------
"Anyway, if going to Greece means coming back orange like that stupid cow in the shop."
She shakes her head. "That's a Hardacre tan if I ever saw it - straight out of a bottle."

(The speaker and his mom just stepped out of the travel agency. They wanted to go to Greece for a family trip but failed in the story. Hardacre is a name of the city they lived and 'stupid cow' is an orange-faced woman at the travel agency.)

I assume that Hardacre has the kind of weather where it's very hard to get a natural tan. So a "Hardacre tan" would be one you get by using a tanning lotion "straight out of a bottle", rather than from the sun. It might, therefore, have the slightly orange colour of some fake tans.
