    with no vs without

    Good evening!

    Could someone explain to me the difference between with no and without?

    I came accross this sentence: - Samples without commercial value.

    I can't explain why, but I think it's not correct. Shouldn't it be Samples with no commercial value?

    It's fine. "Without value" means it has no value.

    If I have coffee without sugar, it means I have coffee with no sugar. Same thing.
