[Grammar] Are these two sentences same in meaning and grammatical?

1.He really respect them, but he don't like them.
2.He really respect them, but don't like them.
Do the sentence 1 and the sentence 2 have the same meaning?

Check your verbs.

Otherwise, I'd say both are okay. I find 1 more natural.
