    Lightbulb 'Kind of' or 'Kinds of' ???

    Should we say 'What kind of people....' or 'What kinds of people...'
    Should we say 'What kind of muisic...' or 'What kinds of music...'

    Which are correct?????

    In asking the question I would expect a response of only one type with "kind" and possibly more than one type with "kinds".
