Do I need to add "s" after the word "percent" in this sentence :"He completes the test with one hundred percents"?
And do we need to add "s" after "percent" when we talk about percentage that is plural (more than one percent)?
Thanks a lot.

We never pluralise "percent". It means "out of [each] one hundred".

We can use "percentage" or "percentages" if we need the noun, but a score is always given as "ten percent", "fifty percent" etc.

You don't need to and mustn't.
