I would say that "a little bit", "a bit" and "a little" are the same. "Remotely interested" would mean having even the tiniest bit of interest which, in my opinion, would be smaller than "a little". I don't really have a favourite for the context of that sentence but if I had to choose one, it would be "remotely".
