    APPLICATION FOR THE POSITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

    As a technical support mentor with excellent qualifications and a strong desire to excel in the field of customer service I am seeking to align myself with an expanding company positioned in Berlin.

    With more than 2 years of experience in customer service I have developed excellent skills that are effective at satisfying customers, solving problems and communicating relevant information.

    I am seeking an opportunity where my experience and computer literacy can benefit your company. With this goal in mind, I have attached a résume outlining my qualifications,


    • Outstanding problem solving skills with the ability to handle rapidly changing processes
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the flexibility and experience required to remain highly focused and self-possessed in fast-paced, demanding environments.
    • A hands-on team member who is accurate, positive and who can quickly learn new systems, develop useful expertise and produce significant result-oriented contributions.
    • Exceptional ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard in personal defined targets.
