    Hello,

    -I don't have got to be at work by 8:00 pm.

    I would like to as if we can use 'got' with negatives.

    No.

    I have [got] to be at work by 8pm.
    I don't have to be at work by 8pm.

    As you can see, "got" in the positive sentence is optional. "I have to be at work by 8pm" is perfectly sufficient.
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
