    could imagine ourselves...

    Hi,

    Is the following passage correct?

The white mountains of salt look like snow and if it wasn’t so hot, we could imagine ourselves in winter sports.

    Re: could imagine ourselves...

I'm not keen on "we could imagine ourselves in winter sports". Perhaps, "we could imagine ourselves doing winter sports", "we could imagine ourselves taking part in winter sports" or something similar.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: could imagine ourselves...

Or, if you were feeling really flowery, '...we could imagine ourselves in a winter wonderland' - a very strong collocation, in the context of 'imagining'.
