    Exclamation Would and Wouldn`t

    Hello everybody,
A few days ago somebody asked me about the difference between these two sentences.
1)Would you please open the door.
    2)Would you open the door.
The difference is that the first one shows more respect. Is that it?
    NOW,
My question is about the negative of these two sentences.
1)Wouldn`t you please open the door.
    2)Wouldn`t you open the door.
In this case I feel that there must be a big difference between these two sentences, not just showing more respect because of (please). What do you think about it?

    Thanks for sharing your ideas,

I've never heard such thing: "Wouldn't you please open the door?!!"

"Wouldn't you open the door?" brings conditionals into my mind.

For example: If you were in my shoes wouldn't you open the door?

It could be used to show exasperation:

Well, wouldn't one of you please open the door?

However, 'won't' is more natural in this type of sentence. It's not a question I' can say I've heard used much either.
