    Default Are these sentences correct? Please help me make correction

    1) I parked my car at the private car park because it allow me to park for longer duration limit than the public parking lot on street that have shorter duration limit.

    2) I parked the car at the private carpark because it has a longer parking duration as compare to public parking lot which has shorter parking duration limit.

    Default Am I writing these sentences correctly?

    1) I usually parked my car for a duration longer than intended therefore, I would pay more to get more time.
    2) I usually purchased more parking time than intended, so that I wil be safe.

    But honestly, I would remove car parks and just have parking lots.

    'I used the private car park rather than the public one because it allowed me to stay there longer'.
