    Default You're good.

What does "B" mean by "You're good"?

A: I forgot my cell phone! I must have left it at home! What a sickening feeling!
    What if somebody needs me?!
    B: You're good.
    A: It could happen!!

"You're good" here means something like "don't worry, you're fine." The implication being that no one is going to need him.
