    Rise (by) 10%

    Sometimes I see "xx rises/has risen 10%" and sometimes "xx rises/has risen by 10%" with an additional "by".

    Actually which one is correct?

    How about other similar verbs like "increase"?

    They are both correct.

    It's the same for 'increased' and 'went up'.
