    Default core hour

Would you please explain easily What "CPU core hour" is?

My home computer, including electricity, costs less than two-tenths of a penny per CPU core hour.

    Thank you.

It's a measure of how much computer processing you are using. It's not really useful for a single home computer, but if you buy server services you may be billed based on how many typical "CPUs" you use, and for how long.
