Does “A bad forehand.” mean "a crazy bad miscue" (hit the mark by fluke)?

Hi,

She was making a joke. As you will see here, a forehand is a way of hitting the ball in tennis. One cannot have a hope of performing well in tennis if his/her forehand/backhand/volley are not good enough.
