    Verb

I was wondering if this is true, ( a verb form ending in-ing is a present participle.) :)
    Thank You

Yes, it is. It also might be a gerund, in which case it is a verb acting as a noun.

If the -ing form is used after the auxiliary verb 'be' or functions as an adjective, it is the present participle. If it functionas as a noun or as a complement of a verb, it is a gerund.
