I would like to ask about a clause.

Hello! I would like to ask about a clause. Is it correct to write "a story infused by Greek elements" or "A Story infused with Greek elements" or something else? Thank you in advance.

Re: I would like to ask about a clause.

For a start, I think you mean "infused", not "diffused". Check your definition and then perhaps edit your question.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
